Sunday French Market Breakfast!




I open early on Sunday because there is a French Market across the street.

The kiosk for Inglenook Pantry has the best egg sandwich I have ever had...

It is simply a fried egg, whole grain sliced bread, swiss cheese, a thin pork loaf slice (they carry in their store)-- which is not rich, but the perfect compliment...
